At present, more than 400 employees and over 150 sets of modernized production equipment in China. We can complete the full chain production of 6 categories and 100+ styles of products, with an annual production capacity of 2 billion pieces.
With a large number of bamboo products, we produce up to 50*40HQ containers per month and deliver them regularly on schedule.Do you accept ODM/OEM services?
Yes, we offer ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) services. We have a dedicated team of designers and engineers who can work with you to create custom designs or incorporate your branding into our products.

Yes, we offer free samples.
Are there MOQs?
This depends on what type and variety of wholesale you’re buying. It also depends on the size of your bulk order. Please contact us for the product you want to buy wholesale, we will tell you the price.
What are your prices?
Our prices may vary based on availability and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for more information.
What products certificates do you have?
Hibambu product is certified with BPI, OK compost, Seedling, FSC. And also complied with FDA, EEC, Japanese Sanitation Law, EN13432, and ASTM D6400. If you need other certificates for your market, then we also can help.
Do you have records on quality management system certification?
We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. The registration number is 00922Q11406R4M, awarded by China Great Wall (Tianjin) Quality Assurance Centre Co., Ltd.
Can I customize the design?
Yes. We have 26 years of experience in ODM/ OEM bamboo products manufacturing and have our own design and development team. The purpose is to help customers quickly develop products, while doing a good job of process control, reducing possible functional and quality risks, to maximize helping customers achieve revenue goals, which is also the basis of Hibambu development.
How do you ensure the products quality?
a. Establish a quality management system;
b. Focus on product design;
c. Compile DFMEA & PFEMA;
d. Do the preliminary evaluation between prototype and mass production;
e. Develop a QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and QCP (Quality Control Plan);
f. Inspect the products throughout the process.
About Order & Delivery
What is your lead time?
Delivery time depends on the quantity of your order, items in stock can be arranged quickly, if not in stock, the standard delivery time is 2~3 weeks. If you need it urgently, you can inform us so that we can arrange it as soon as possible.
Delivery time for customized products may vary depending on order size, weight, delivery location, etc. Strongly contact our team to discuss specific information for a more accurate estimate.What is the payment term you receipt?
Typically, payment term is by T/T, we require a 50% deposit with the full balance to be paid upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
While we strive to meet tight deadlines, it depends on the specific order requirements and our current production schedule. Please let us know the urgency of your order, and we will assess if it is feasible within the desired timeframe.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to make you happy with our products. Warranty or not, our company culture is to solve all customer problems and make everyone happy.
We make sure that all our products and services work the way they are designed to.How to order?
1. Tell us your special requirements, if you need customized packing or logo also give us the documents, then we confirm all the details of quantity and price.
2. We quote for you, after the price is agreed, we make PI for you to preview.
3. You confirm the PI and pay 50% deposit by T/T before production.
4. After checking the payment, we start the production and inform you the status.
5. Order is completed and 50% balance is paid by you.
6. Arrange shipment for you.What is your shipping way?
1. Air freight: this way is suitable for urgent need and small quantity, usually use international express, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc, it can arrive in 5-7 days.
2. Sea freight: the most common way, suitable for large volume, freight is lower than air freight, but need more days, usually need 25-30 days to arrive.
Tell us your preferred shipping way and give us the destination airport or seaport.What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the pickup method you choose. Express shipping is usually the fastest but also the most expensive way. Ocean freight is the best solution for large quantities. We can only give you accurate shipping costs if we know the quantity, weight and method details. Please contact us for more information.
